Organization &Development Manager Suzhou
Primary Job Purpose:
Manages training systems, develops training programs, and works with department heads on the team development activities such as workshops and team buildings.
Has ultimate accountabilities for training and organization development functions.
Major Accountabilities:
1. Performs ongoing assessments of organization-wide development and training needs and designs programs and responses to address identified needs.
2. Direct responsibility for employee and organization development for Suzhou E&S plant , demonstrate responsiveness and value for internal customer needs
3. Conduct TNA survey and interview , finalize annual site TNA reports , training plan and calendar
4. Complete training course delivery for Suzhou E&S plant based on site training calendar and for other internal customers in China as coordinated by China manager
5. Conduct course design based on AP arrangement and china customer demand
6. Design and deliver organization development activities based on site demand
7. Develop, update, own and monitor implementation of China required and site demand training policy, procedures and systems
8. Be responsible for the training administration of Suzhou E&S plant, Maintain site training data summary and update China manager the status and progress on a monthly base, provide info when needed, attend China monthly team meeting
9. Completion of AP special task assignment

EDUCATION, EXPERRIENCE AND SKILLS & ABILITY
Key Required Qualification
Bachelor Degree
8-10 years' work experience in HR Training or Development (Organizational Development Function) and have HR manager experience
Strong diagnostic, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills,
CET-6 and above, strong working command of English
Able to complete projects in a timely and error-free manner without supervision
Energetic and highly-motivated
Strong attention to accuracy and detail
Capable problem solver
Preferred Qualification
Good knowledge & experience in Performance Mgt, Leadership Development, E-Learning and Org. Development
Well developed, in-depth knowledge and skills in the design, development and delivery of training programs, workshops, teambuilding activities.
