HR Supervisor (代猎头找人)

Position: HR Supervisor

Responsibility Level:

Responsible for carrying out the human resources management, which includes: recruiting, staffing, performance management, employee relations, and able to solve complex human resources problems independently.


Typical Duties:

1.        Participates in the stipulation of annual human resources plan, organizational development and staffing activities;
2.        Responsible for recruitment activities base on recruitment process and workflow;
3.        Interviews, screens and refers to supervisor or hires, or recommends for hire the most qualified applicants ;
4.        Provides counsel and advice to supervisors and managers regarding all phases of recruitment, selection and retention process;
5.        Responsible for performance management and career development plan for staffs;
6.        Provides counsel to employees regarding personal and work-related problems, questions;
7.        Keeps abreast of national policies, regulations and Johnson Controls policies and process;
8.        Assists Plant H.R. Manager in labor contract negotiations, grievances and disciplinary actions.
9.        Maintains human resources statistical reports as requested;
10.        Builds good relationship with functional department and relevant departments of government;
11.        Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
2. Three to five years experience in Human Resources.
3. Fluent in both written and verbal English.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
